I sell real estate the way I've sold for more than 35 years: I show up, I follow through, and I get results.
My sellers have had buyers lined up on day one and homes sold within weeks. My buyers have gone from offer to closing in under three weeks, and some bought from out of state without leaving home. That comes from 35+ years in sales.
I'm from New Jersey and studied marketing and business administration at Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey. So when a buyer calls from New York, New Jersey or anywhere up north, I know what they're leaving behind and what questions they'll have about Florida. I do walk-through videos and FaceTime tours, and I visit homes in person for clients who can't be here, so distance is never a deal-breaker.
Today I focus on Palm Beach County as a Realtor® with LPT Realty LLC, helping buyers and sellers from Palm Beach Gardens to Delray Beach and Boynton Beach.
